Vehicles are to be parked in the garage and/or on your driveway. Guest parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. Street parking is prohibited at all times. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas are subject for towing at vehicle owners expense. Visitors staying overnight are require to get a guest pass.

Owner/Landlord is required to pay a $1,000.refundable common area security deposit for lease. Check or money order made out to "Estancia HOA". 

Need a credit score of 600 or higher.
