PAYMENT PORTAL ACCESS

The primary email address used to access the portal, cannot be used for any other property using Enumerate/Tops One, even if with a different management company.  If you use the same email, the system will error and you will not be able to use the portal.  If you own multiple properties, you must use a different email address for each one.
