    • Patios
    • Landscaping
  • Most Interior modifications do not require ARB except
    • Plumbing & Electric
    • Flooring (Especially second floor) must have appropriate soundproofing

Additional info 

  • Parking Enforcement protocols are strictly observed.
  • Only approved applicants (owners or tenants) can register their vehicles. All others are guests.
  • Guests MUST be registered in the Parking Pass system for the duration of their stay. Extensions may be granted on an individual basis.
  • License and Registration must match the applicant
  • On-Call Patrol is the vendor for Booting.
  • Anytime Towing is the vendor for Towing.
