Trash and RecyclingDumpsters –garbage is to be put IN dumpsters and not around dumpsters or left anywhere on condominium property.
Large boxes must be broken down and placed in proper receptacles. Bulk items are to be removed by owners and NOT left by or around dumpsters. Additional infoPETS: One pet per unit and pet is not to exceed 15 lbs. Photo and vaccination records required for pet. All pets must be cleaned up after, regardless of the size of feces or location where deposited. Kitty litter must be deposed of in a plastic bag, before disposing in dumpster. Kitty litter or box are not to be stored on patio or balcony. No pet that is a nuisance will be allowed on Condominium property.
PARKING: One designated parking spot. May park in overflow parking across street. May not park in guest parking, even with a sticker you will get towed. Tenants must get parking pass from owner. |
